Terms and Conditions

1. One to one mentoring to explore alternatives to conventional schooling.

This service is provided by Jo Symes on behalf of Progressive Education. It is provided virtually via phone or video call at a time and date agreed to be convenient for both parties.

All young people and families are unique and 'one-size does not fit all' and so no advice is offered in these sessions. A supportive space is offered to help you explore possibilities and make informed, empowered decisions that feel right for you, based on your values and hopes for the future.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

The fee for a 45 minute session is £40.00 which will be taken automatically via Stripe using the details you use when you sign up.

3. Cancellation/Refund Terms

After purchasing the service, refunds will not be given. However, if you give 48 hours notice if you need to change the date, we can find an alternative time and date for the session.
